Questions
Can I always cancel?
Yes. On your Plus page, in two clicks. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for and after that you pay nothing more.
What is withdrawal?
In the first 14 days you can withdraw from the agreement without a reason. Plus then stops at once and you get your money back. If you asked to start at once, you only pay for the days you had Plus.
How does a yearly plan work?
It renews every year. If you cancel in the first year, it runs until the end of that year. After that you can always cancel: Plus stops at once and you get the unused part back. Thirty days before every renewal you get a reminder.
How do I pay?
With your card (also Apple Pay and Google Pay), iDEAL, Bancontact or SEPA Direct Debit, through Stripe. Stripe mails you the invoice.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries a few more times and mails you. You keep Plus for another week; update your payment method on your Plus page in that time.
How many alerts do I get?
Without Plus you have 2 search alerts of your own, with Plus up to 25. The usual ticket alerts on a night stay free for everyone.
Will the price go up?
The price of a running period is fixed. If it changes, you hear at least 30 days before, it only applies from your next period and you can cancel free of charge before then.
