PartyPPL Pay: invoices and statements for organisers
Organisers now find their invoices from PartyPPL in one place, with VAT per quarter and exports for their own bookkeeping.
If you sell tickets through PartyPPL or feature a night, paperwork comes with it. It now sits together in PartyPPL Pay, at pay.partyppl.nl.
What you find there
Every invoice and credit note PartyPPL sends you, as a PDF and always in the same format. A featured night gets its invoice automatically after payment; a refund is followed by a credit note that refers to that invoice. You can export the list for your own bookkeeping.
Who has access
You sign in with your regular PartyPPL account. Within the organisation, the Owner and Finance roles have access, only to their own organisation. Changing invoice details asks for an extra confirmation by e-mail.
Why it works this way
An invoice no longer changes once it is final, and every change is logged. PartyPPL is a Dutch company and keeps its records for the statutory seven years. If details are missing on your invoices, such as your address or VAT number, add them in PartyPPL Pay so they are right for your own records.
