Tickets in PartyPPL: pay, keep, get in
From buying to the door: how a ticket in PartyPPL works, and what to do when your friends want to come too.

More and more nights sell their tickets through PartyPPL. This is how it works.
Buying
You pick your ticket on the night's page and pay with Apple Pay, iDEAL or a card. You see in advance what you pay, fees included, and who is selling the ticket. To buy you need to be signed in, with your e-mail and a six-digit code.
Keeping it
Your ticket is in your tickets, on the site and in the app. Add it to Apple Wallet and you have it at hand without signal too.
At the door
At the door you show the QR code. It is yours alone.
A ticket for a friend
Bought one for a friend? Pass the ticket on: pick a friend or enter an e-mail address. The ticket leaves your tickets and is with the recipient straight away, with its own code.
If you cannot make it
Resell your ticket in the app, for what you paid. Asking more is not possible; that is the house rule.
If a night is off
If a night is cancelled, you are notified and the amount is refunded to your payment method. If it is moved, your tickets stay valid on the new date and you do not have to do anything.
Tickets from another shop
If the organiser sells through their own shop, the Tickets button takes you there. That shop's rules apply.
